We're looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead critical operations across utilities, cranes, mobile equipment, and facilities. This role is key to ensuring safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise maintenance operations across utilities, overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and building systems.
- Drive predictive, preventive, and proactive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and boost productivity.
- Train and coach team members in troubleshooting, safety, and continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen, QIS, Six Sigma).
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operations and equipment reliability.
- Conduct performance audits, trend analysis, and implement corrective action plans.
- Administer safety programs and emergency preparedness procedures.
- Utilize Maintenance Management Software and CAD tools for planning and documentation.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred) or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Current Electrical License in Virginia (required).
- 5-7 years of supervisory experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, motors, transformers, and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience with HVAC, baghouses, switch yards, and truck scale systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and maintenance software tools.
- A leadership mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and team development.
