VP OF SALES – MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT

In-Office position in Upstate, NY

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a VP of Sales to work for a rapidly growing manufacturing organization headquartered in Upstate NY. 

Reporting to the CEO, this key member of the senior leadership team will combine market-driven strategy with hands-on operational leadership, focusing on strengthening core markets while expanding into new opportunities.   

The selected candidate will have a strong technical aptitude with the ability to develop a deep understanding of technical product features and applications and will shape and execute the strategic vision behind sales and marketing efforts across multiple business units to drive sustained revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in sales, marketing and/or business development
• Strong technical understanding of industrial or engineered products
• Proven success driving growth in technical and complex, B2B environments
• Data-driven, analytical, strategic thinker
• Change agent with the ability to align teams around strategic objectives
• Experience managing sales teams across multiple business units/segments
• Successful in developing go-to-market strategy and strategic marketing leadership

Salary Range

• Annual Salary Range: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 with eligibility for variable incentive compensation
