Our client, a leading name in the precast and prestressed concrete industry, is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Engineer who is passionate about learning and contributing to innovative infrastructure projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in Civil Engineering, especially those with coursework in Structural Analysis and Reinforced Concrete Design to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Your Role Will Include:

• Coordinating project engineering activities with external design firms
• Modifying CAD and Revit drawings for production
• Checking and reviewing engineering design calculations and drawings (with mentorship and increasing independence)
• Troubleshooting and resolving design issues from drafting subcontractors
• Participating in project meetings and collaborating across departments
• Supporting internal and field engineering efforts with an eye on continuous improvement
• Acting as a liaison in project support initiatives

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline
• Coursework or experience in Structural Analysis and Reinforced Concrete Design
• The ability to obtain Engineer in Training (EIT) or PE certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for solving problems

Salary: $110k + based on experience.
