Essential Functions

• Assist attorneys with preparing and filing legal documents related to collections and eviction matters
• Review and organize case files, client records, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients, tenants, debtors, and court staff to gather information and provide updates.
• Track deadlines and case progress to ensure timely filings and compliance with legal procedures.
• Support attorneys by drafting routine correspondence and basic legal documents.
• Conduct general legal research related to collection laws and landlord–tenant procedures.
• Strong communication and administrative assistant skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience working as a Paralegal
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in Eviction and Collections law (ideally experience in both)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary

• $60,000-$70,000 (based on experience)
