PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE MANAGER

Fusco Personnel is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Manager.  The Personal Lines Manager is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations within the personal lines function, supporting revenue growth, enhancing workflow efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of client experience. This individual will serve as a resource to both leadership and frontline staff, offering technical guidance, coaching, and strategic support.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and support personal lines staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance
• Review workflows and service activity to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency
• Support sales initiatives, including payroll-deduction and worksite programs
• Assist with employee development, training programs, and performance evaluations
• Act as an escalation point for complex service or coverage issues
• Promote strong client retention through service improvements and proactive support
• Contribute to departmental planning, goal setting, and execution of business strategies
• Encourage effective use of agency management systems and automation tools
• Monitor industry trends, carrier updates, and operational best practices
• Provide on-site training and support at additional locations as needed
• Participate in professional and community events on behalf of the organization

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least two years of leadership or management experience within insurance operations
• Working knowledge of personal lines workflows and Applied Epic preferred
• Active New York State insurance license required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain insurance concepts
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and lead in a fast-paced environment
• Must meet bonding requirements
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and confident decision-maker

Compensation

• Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000/yr. depending on experience
• Comprehensive benefits package included
