Temporary Administrative Assistant
Albany, NY
Fusco Personnel has been retained to recruit for an Administrative Assistant on behalf of our respected client located in the Albany, NY area. This position is a full-time, long-term temporary opportunity. The ideal candidate will support their office functions and be the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Greet visitors
- Keep front end neat and professional in appearance
- Computer work: editing documents, typing letters, drafting documents, and sending emails
- Making photocopies
- Assemble documents
- Mail documents
- Distribute incoming mail
- File documents
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Personable with good customer service skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Phone etiquette
- Detail oriented and organized
- Minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience
- Legal industry experience (preferred)
Salary
- $25.00-$28.00/hour (based on experience)
