CIVIL CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR

Fusco Personnel is searching for a Civil Construction Estimator to work for a growing construction and infrastructure firm who is seeking an experienced professional to support project planning and cost development for large-scale public and private works. This role focuses on reviewing project documents, preparing accurate cost projections, and collaborating with project teams to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior field and estimating experience in civil construction
• Experience in construction or infrastructure project estimating/cost analysis
• Strong ability to read technical plans and contract documents
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates and project budgets
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Perform quantity reviews and pricing analysis
• Coordinate with project managers and technical staff during project planning
• Support and guide junior team members assisting with project analysis

Salary:  $90-165k.
