Description
This is a 12-hour shift 3 days each week, with the shift schedule being from 07:00-19:00, total of 36 hours per week. Medical Physicist with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, and 2 professional references. The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $160.52/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $139.43/hr, along with a per diem of $21.08/hr, Work Location: 1055 N. Curtis Rd, Boise, ID, 83706. Only Travelers are considered who are staying above 60 Miles from the facility.
Summary:
Department: Oncology Administration
Shift timings: 07:00-19:00 Monday to friday
Per Week: 36 Hours
Experience with EPIC, ARIA RadOnc, SHARE DRIVE CTC-RadOnc preferred. Certification by ABR.
Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Radiation Therapist Idaho state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Radiation Therapist program
• One year of work experience as Radiation Therapist
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
