is partnering with a hospital 45 Minutes from Lexington, Kentucky, with an opening for a Radiologist to provide onsite locum coverage.
Opening Highlights:
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Setting: Onsite
• Daily volume: 55 RVUs
• Caseload: 40% XR, 35% CT, 10% IR/fluoro, 5% MR, 5% US, and 5% mammo
• Required Procedures: Paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drain, chest tube, percutaneous drain, CT/US-guided biopsies, arthrogram, lumbar puncture, and fluoro
• RPCE Tech Stack & Powerscribe 4.0
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses
During your time off, explore a charming downtown, hike forested trails and sandstone overlooks in nearby state parks, and attend local bluegrass concerts.

Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Physicians/Surgeon Kentucky state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Physicians/Surgeon program
• One year of work experience as Physicians/Surgeon
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
