Primary Care Physician - Southern California | $350K+ Total Compensation | Value-Based Model
We're seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing, value-based care organization in Southern California's Inland Empire. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver advanced, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative, team-based environment - without the pressures of volume-driven medicine.

Qualifications:
• MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Current and unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration
• Experience managing complex or chronically ill patient populations preferred
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Internal Medicine or Family Practice California state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Internal Medicine or Family Practice program
• One year of work experience as Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physicians/Surgeon
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
