Nurse Practitioner - Advanced Primary Care (Field-Based) | $145K+ Potential | Las Vegas, NV
Compensation: $116,000-$145,000 base salary + annual bonus eligibility
Schedule: Monday-Friday, no nights, weekends, or call
We're seeking a rockstar Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a leading, patient-focused primary care group delivering advanced care to patients across the Las Vegas and Henderson areas. This role is ideal for an NP who thrives on autonomy, collaboration, and meaningful patient impact - providing care where it's needed most.
You'll visit patients in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Group Homes, and Hospice settings (no personal home visits), managing a census of roughly 90 patients. You'll collaborate closely with a Primary Care Physician, ensuring comprehensive, compassionate, and coordinated care.

Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Current, unrestricted RN and NP licenses in Nevada
• Minimum 1 year of NP experience (Primary Care, Geriatrics, or Palliative Care preferred)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and patient-relationship skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader care team
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Nurse Practitioner Florida state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• One year of work experience as Nurse Practitioner
• One year of EMR experience
• Board CertifiedSKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
