Nurse Practitioner - Southern California | $150K+ Compensation | No Nights, Weekends, or Call
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a leading value-based care organization in Southern California. This hybrid role combines in-clinic and in-home patient visits, allowing you to deliver truly comprehensive, patient-centered care while enjoying a predictable weekday schedule.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required
• Current and unrestricted RN and NP licenses in California
• DEA license preferred
• Passion for patient-centered, value-based healthcare
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Graduate from a fully accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Two years of work experience as Nurse Practitioner
• One year of EMR experience
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
