COMPENSATION: Salary of $85,000 - $105,000 plus

Qualifications:
• Valid State PT license
• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
• Experience in orthopedic cases, sports-related injuries, and general musculoskeletal conditions
• Board Certification in Orthopedics or Sports Physical Therapy is a plus
• 5+ years of experience and home health experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong technical skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Passionate about patient care
• Requires a minimum of two years of current Physical Therapist experience.
• Graduate from a fully accredited Physical Therapist program
• Active unencumbered Tennessee Physical Therapist state license
• One year of EMR experience
