Center Medical Director - Primary Care Outpatient -Jacksonville, FL
COMPENSATION: $280,000-$300,000+ Bonus' Total comp. well over $300,000

• Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.
Clinic offers:
• Inhouse Consulting Specialist: Cardiology, Podiatry and more
• Holistic Health Services: Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga and Nutrition
• Door to Door Transportation for our patients (Uber/Lyft)
Qualifications:
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preference
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
