is collaborating with a northern California hospital that has an opening for a skilled Breast Imager to provide locum coverage.
Opening Details:
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8a-5p
• No call shifts required
• Daily Volume: ~56 cases
• Cases: All modalities, including interventional procedures; tomosynthesis, ultrasounds, MRIs, image-guided biopsies, pre-op localizations, etc.
• EMR: Epic
• PACS: Synapse
• Reporting: PowerScribe
• Mammography Viewer: Hologic
• MRI Software: CADStream
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
During your time off, explore scenic vineyards, hike through breathtaking redwood forests, and visit a historic railroad square with charming shops and restaurants.

Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Physicians/Surgeon California state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Physicians/Surgeon program
• One year of work experience as Physicians/Surgeon
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
