Optimum is partnering with a facility in southern Maine that has an opening for a skilled Teleradiologist to join their team.

In this position, you can enjoy a fast-paced schedule and the ability to work from home. Plus, earn excellent benefits, such as a competitive salary and 15 weeks of PTO.

About the Opening:
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30a-5p
• Call Requirement: 6 weekends per year
• Setting: 100% remote
• Daily Volume: 90-100 RVUs
• Cases: Primarily general diagnostic/body imaging, can include MSK/neuro if interested
• Team Structure: 9 partners
• EMR: Epic
• PACS System: Sectra
• Dictation: Powerscribe 1
• Workstation provided
• Must be board-certified

Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Physicians/Surgeon Maine state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Physicians/Surgeon program
• One year of work experience as Physicians/Surgeon
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.

• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
