Optimum is proud to partner with a clinic in southwestern Washington that has an opening for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team.
This role offers a 4-day workweek and no call requirement, plus a competitive salary, unlimited PTO, and full benefits.
About the Opening:
• Schedule: 4x 10-hour shifts per week
• No call requirement
• 30 minutes per new patient, 15 minutes per follow-up
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible

Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Nurse Practitioner Washington state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• One year of work experience as Nurse Practitioner
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
