Work Schedule: Monday-Friday w/ rotating Saturdays

Position Overview:
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
• 1:5 in-house OB call rotation, Saturdays
• Patient Volume: 3 per hour
• Facility covers everything from OB/GYN care to fibroid treatments
• Experience in advanced minimally invasive surgery
• Multi-Disciplinary Team: 13 MDs, 8 APPs
• Bilingualism is a bonus
• 1-3 years of post-residency hospital experience
• MIGS training or "grandfathered" status preferred, but not required
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible

Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Physicians/Surgeon New York state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Physicians/Surgeon program
• One year of work experience as Physicians/Surgeon
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
