Optimum has an open Interventional Radiology position at a reputable medical center in Columbus, Ohio.
You can work in a dynamic, flexible setting and earn great benefits.
Position Highlights:
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-5p
• Rotating weeknight and weekend call, every ~9 weeks
• Cases: 100% IR, including biopsies and complex reads
• Workstation provided
• New grads accepted
• H1B or O1 candidates accepted
• Must be board-certified
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary + RVUs

Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Radiologic Technologist Ohio state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• One year of work experience as Radiologic Technologist
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
