Optimum is partnering with a hospital in northern Virginia that has an opening for a skilled Teleradiologist to join their growing team.
This fully remote position offers an exceptional work-life balance, featuring a daytime schedule and no weekend requirements. You'll also enjoy an outstanding compensation package, including a competitive base salary, quality and RVU bonuses, a substantial sign-on bonus, and 10 weeks of PTO

About the Opening:
• Monday-Friday day shifts with no weekend call requirement (optional weekends available)
• Open to other schedules and shifts as well
• Diagnostic imaging with ER and Inpatient reads
• 100% remote work environment
• State-of-the-art equipment
• New graduates encouraged to apply
Compensation & Perks:
• $575K base salary + RVU incentives
• $75K sign-on bonus
• 10 weeks of PTO

Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Radiologist Virginia state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Radiologist program
• One year of work experience as a Teleradiologist
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
