is partnering with a medical center on the Gulf Coast of Florida with an opportunity for an Emergency Medicine physician to assist their team.
About the Opportunity:
• Schedule: 24-hour shifts
• Annual Volume: 25k patients
• 11-bed ED
• On-site CT, X-ray, and lab
• Support Staff: APPs
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & lodging
During your time off, relax on sugar-white beaches, browse beachside markets, and fish on deep-sea charters in the Gulf of Mexico.

Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Physician Florida state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Physician program
• One year of work experience as Physician
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
