Optimum has an opening for a skilled OB/GYN to join the team at a facility just 45 minutes from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

About the Opening:
• Flexible Schedule: Monday-Friday or Monday-Thursday, 8 or 10-hour day shifts
• Call shifts required
• Annual Volume: 2,600 deliveries
• Setting: Outpatient with in-house call
• Level III NICU
• Procedures: Colposcopies, hysterectomies, laparoscopics, IUDs, robotics, etc.
• Team Structure: 5 MDs, 3 NPs
• Open to new graduates
• Board certification required
Compensation & Benefits:
• $425K-$532K + productivity bonus
• Medical malpractice with tail
• Paid CMEs

Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered OB/GYN Pennsylvania state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited OB/GYN program
• One year of work experience as OB/GYN
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
