Home Visiting Nurse Practitioner - Las Vegas, NV
COMPENSATION: $130,000 BASE - TOTAL Potential $143,000+ Full Benefits
Partnering with a prominent value-based care organization to recruit empathetic and skilled Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to providing top-tier, home-based primary care services for the elderly Medicare population in Las Vegas. These providers will offer care directly in the homes of patients, effectively eliminating access barriers and enhancing health outcomes for marginalized communities.
• Serve a mission-driven organization focused on senior care

• Flexible, field-based schedule supported by a full care team

Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Nevada
• BLS/ACLS certification
• Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or family medicine preferred
• Comfortable managing patients with multiple chronic conditions
• Ability to lift and transport up to 20 lbs. of equipment
• Strong communication, empathy, and clinical decision-making skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
