Pediatric Primary Care Physician
West Palm Beach, FL
Compensation: $240,000+ with Full Benefits
Base Salary: $215,000-$230,000 (commensurate with experience and board certification)
Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $10,000
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Primary Care Physician to join our established and growing pediatric practice in Palm Beach County, Florida. Led by a team of expert pediatricians, our clinic provides top-quality care to a diverse patient population. We specialize in routine pediatric services such as well-child visits, immunizations, and sports physicals, all delivered with a personalized touch.
Our mission is to create a welcoming, family-centered environment that delivers prompt and high-quality care tailored to each child's individual needs.
Qualifications:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (BC/BE preferred)
• FM or IM/Peds
• Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual: Spanish
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Pediatrics Florida state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
• One year of work experience as a Pediatrician
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
