Optimum is partnering with an established independent, physician-owned primary care practice in the beautiful seacoast region of New Hampshire that has an opening for a Family Medicine physician to join their team.
This position offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and a shareholder track!
Position Overview:
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4-day workweek
• Limited call, 1:30
• Daily Volume: 16-18 patients
• EMR: Veradigm (formerly Allscripts)
• Board certification required
• Competitive base salary + RVUs
• Medical malpractice insurance
• Comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Family Medicine Physician New Hampshire state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Family Medicine Physician program
• One year of work experience as Family Medicine Physician
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
