Description
This is a 8-hour shift 5 days each week, with the shift schedule being from 23:00-07:30, total of 40 hours per week. Ultrasound Technician with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Need 2 Professional References **The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $65.52/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $50.68/hr, along with a per diem of $14.83/hr.
Summary
• Department: ULTRASOUND
• Shift Timings: 23:00-07:30- Monday to Friday (5 Days/8 Hours)
• Per Week: 40 Hours
Responsible for providing quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures and the care needed to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Sonography state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Sonography program
• Two years of work experience as Sonography
• One year of EMR experience
• Associates Degree in Sonography
• ARDMS Certification

• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
