This is a 8-hour shift 5 days each week, with the shift schedule being from 08:00-16:30 total of 40 hours per week. . Physical Therapist with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and 2 professional references. The all-inclusive hourly pay rate for this position is $52.41/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $37.58/hr, along with a per diem of $14.83/hr.

Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Physical Therapist Iowa state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Physical Therapist program
• Two years of work experience as a Physical Therapist
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
