Description
This is a 12-hour shift 3 days each week, with the shift schedule being from 19:00 - 07:30 total of 36 hours per week. RN Medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Need 2 Professional References. Work Location: 301 Prospect Ave, Syracuse, NY, 13203. The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $57.66/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $40.82/hr, along with a per diem of $16.83/hr,

Acute Medical Inpatient- Intermediate Step-down Telemetry
13 weeks 36/wk 7p-7a
Every other Holiday Every other Weekend
No Call
Cardiology experience required: Cardiac medication/infusions, Telemetry/temporary pacemakers. Post procedural, Cath Lab, EP, TAVRs, CHF, RAF, Medication loading, pre-ops for Cardiac Surgery, CVICU step down, Vascular PACUs (AAA/Carotids), Pre and post op cardiac procedures.
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred
• EHR-Epic
• Must live within a 75+radius
Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered RN Medical New York state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited RN Medical program
• One year of work experience as a RN Medical/Surgical
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
