This is a 8-hour shift 5 days each week, with the shift schedule being from 08:00-17:00 total of 40 hours per week. . Physical Therapist with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and 2 professional references. The all-inclusive hourly pay rate for this position is $55.03/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $38.45/hr, along with a per diem of $16.58/hr.

Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Physical Therapist state license or compact license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Physical Therapy program
• Two years of work experience as Physical Therapist
• One year of Epic experience
• Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
