About the Opening:
• Schedule: 4-day workweek
• Daily Volume: 12-15 with the dentist, 12-16 with the hygienist
• New Patient Volume: 40-50 per month
• 5 fully-equipped operatories
• Support Staff: 4 dental assistants, 2 dental hygienists, a front desk member, and an office manager
• Technology: Dentrix Ascend, digital X-rays, panoramic X-ray, and intraoral cameras
• Must be board-certified
Compensation & Benefits:
• Collections-based earnings of up to $1 million annually
• Guaranteed daily rate
• Sign-on/relocation assistance

Qualifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Physicians/Surgeon Indiana state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Physicians/Surgeon program
• One year of work experience as Physicians/Surgeon
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
