Chief Information Officer

Fusco Personnel is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead and advance the technology strategy for our client, a dynamic professional services firm.

In this executive role, you’ll serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving innovation and ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of technology within the legal industry. You’ll oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, and strategic initiatives while partnering with firm leadership to align technology solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience within a professional services or legal environment strongly preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CIO, CISO, or CISA required (or actively being pursued)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with firm goals and long-term vision
• Oversee IT security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology projects
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to support firm-wide operations
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and implement technology-driven business solutions
• Own end-to-end project management responsibility for critical IT initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery

Salary:  $150,000 – 175,000/yr (Based on experience & credentials)
