PRIVATE WEALTH MANAGER
Full-Time/In-Person/ Capital Region
Fusco Personnel is assisting a well-established independent financial services firm who is seeking an experienced Private Wealth Manager to serve as the primary advisor for high-net-worth individuals and families. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who combines strong financial planning knowledge with exceptional client service and communication skills.
The successful candidate will manage ongoing client relationships, provide comprehensive wealth planning guidance, and collaborate with internal and external professionals to deliver a high-touch client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for high-net-worth clients
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client’s goals and evolving needs
- Advise clients on retirement planning, investment strategy, cash flow, tax-efficient planning, estate considerations, and risk management
- Coordinate with outside professionals including accountants, attorneys, and insurance specialists to support integrated planning strategies
- Collaborate with internal investment and operations teams to implement and monitor portfolio strategies
- Conduct client review meetings and provide proactive communication during market and life events
- Support business development efforts through referrals, networking, and relationship cultivation
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM and compliance systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; finance, business, economics, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, private banking, or investment advisory services
- CFP® designation or progress toward advanced financial planning credentials strongly preferred
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients and sophisticated financial planning needs
- Strong understanding of investment management, retirement planning, tax-aware strategies, and fiduciary client service
- Familiarity with financial planning software, CRM platforms, and portfolio management systems preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $90-120k
