COMMERCIAL MECHANICAL SERVICES

LATHAM, NY

Fusco Personnel is recruiting for a Service / General Manager on behalf of a well-established commercial mechanical contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee service operations, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the continued growth of a successful organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily commercial service operations and supervise service technicians.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and department performance.
• Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare estimates and service proposals.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial mechanical service experience.
• Strong knowledge of boilers, burners, HVAC systems, air handlers, chillers, controls, and piping.
• Leadership experience with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare estimates and provide technical solutions.
• Engineering background or boiler experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $115,000–$135,000, based on experience.
