Construction Contract Manager
Saratoga County, NY
Fusco Personnel has been retained to recruit for a Construction Contract Manager to join our client located in Saratoga County, NY. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate, and oversee owner, subcontractor, vendor, supplier, and other commercial agreements
- Collaborate with outside legal counsel to negotiate contract terms and resolve commercial and contractual matters
- Administer contracts throughout the full life cycle, including execution, amendments, renewals, compliance, and closeout
- Maintain organized contract records and monitor contractual obligations
- Advise internal teams on contract interpretation, risk assessment, and contractual compliance
- Develop and implement contract templates, standards, and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency
- Ensure bids, proposals, and contracts meet owner requirements, company policies, and applicable regulatory standards while maintaining accurate, complete, and professionally prepared documentation
- Manage bid bonds, performance and payment bonds, insurance requirements, and other contractual security obligations from bid submission through project closeout
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- 5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, paralegal, procurement, or construction administration
- Proven experience reviewing, negotiating, and administering construction contracts.
- Strong knowledge of public procurement processes, contract documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to evaluate legal and contractual risks while supporting practical, business-focused decision-making
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Salary
$90,000-$110,000 (based on experience)
