DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS

Fusco Personnel is representing a confidential client in the search for a Director of Facilities and Operations to lead the daily operations and maintenance of a portfolio of industrial parks and facilities. This position will oversee maintenance personnel, contractors, vendors, building systems, tenant services, safety, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

•  Oversee property operations, maintenance, repairs, inspections, and emergency response.
• Supervise and develop maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage preventative maintenance, service contracts, compliance, and safety programs.
• Oversee building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security.
• Develop operating budgets, capital plans, maintenance schedules, and facility improvements.
• Maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of service issues.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of industrial property, facilities, or operations management experience.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and facility operations.
• Experience with budgeting, capital planning, vendors, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property/maintenance management software.
• Industrial parks, warehouse/distribution, or large-scale facility experience strongly preferred.

Compensation: $80-90K annually + competitive benefits package.
