Description
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Fusco Personnel is searching for an experienced HR Manager to lead our client’s employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to work closely with leadership and employees at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the organization's HR function and initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent strategy.
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retention, and employee development.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Manage compensation, benefits, HR vendors, and department budgeting.
- Develop programs that strengthen employee engagement, culture, and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to managers throughout the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and the employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Progressive HR leadership experience, ideally with responsibility for the overall HR function.
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
- Experience with recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and managing an HR budget.
Salary: $100-150k (based on experience)
